[I]	I will conduct myself with integrity and responsibility, and will make this the Only Rule on which I build my business.

I will support and advocate the Policies & Procedures, and also respect the spirit and intent in which they were written.
[III]	I will familiarise myself with MWGBC-DR's Business Plan and eventual mutual products, and represent them to my Clients and prospective Ibusiness associates realistically and without misleading or providing false expectations. Any claims, representations or statements I make regarding DR will be those included in the Digital Roundtable literature.
[IV]	I will, to my best ability, accept and fulfill the responsibilities to train, my self, motivate myself, support and encourage the persons or Clients which appeal to MWGBC-DR's services . I will treat my business like any other prestigious enterprise and will fulfill commitments I make to my Clients, fellow Consultants and business associates.
[V]	I will not advise or encourage excessive purchase actions or recommendations at unrealistic levels.
[VI]	I will convey the Digital Rountable opportunity to prospects with honesty and integrity, and I will not misrepresent actual or potential sales or earnings. I realise that each individual's success is accomplished through their individual efforts.
[VII]	I will make courteous and prompt exchanges and/or refunds to my Clients if needed and I will assist my Clients who have ordered a product or business consultancy directly from the Digital Rountable.
[VIII]	I will maintain a basic loyalty and professionalism to the business & network marketing industry as a whole and will not engage in unwarranted criticism of other network marketing companies.
[IX]	I will abide by local, regional and natural laws that govern my independent business and membership. I understand that it is my responsibility to comply with these laws, the laws of my industry and with MWGBC's DR Policies & Procedures as they may be amended from time to time.
[X]	I will uphold this CODE OF ETHICS and I recognise that its success will require diligence to create an awareness among all of Digital Roundtable Independent Members & Consultants. I will not, in any way, attempt to persuade, induce or coerce another party to break this Code. Any such action is considered a violation of this Code and thereby a violation of  MWGBC's DR Policies & Procedures.
