Getting started Once you have decided how you are going to install your application, the next step is changing your personal details. This is done through the administrator pages; use the web address for the administrator page and enter the application. If you go to the 'Change Personal Details' link, you will see that the default email address is webmaster@xaraonline.com, please change this to your email address. To send an SMS to your application, so that it can update your website and SMS/email your members, you need to send your messages to +44 7740 706780. It is important to prefix your message with your unique five digit keyword. This is so that the system knows whose application to update. You can find your keyword on the Module Quotas page in your administration area. It is in the SMS2Web Module section, along with how much of your SMS quota you have remaining. Quotas The SMS Sports Reporter application comes with the following quotas: Emails: One email quota is used every time an a new member subscribes, as an email is sent to you with a link to approve their membership. When you send a sports result, each member will be emailed. This will use one email quota per member per sports result. This application comes with 2,000 emails that are renewed monthly. Database Query: A query quota is used every time you approve a new member, or edit/delete a user from your database. Further query quotas are used when you update your personal details, or send an SMS update. This application comes with 2,000 Queries that are renewed monthly. SMS: An SMS quota is used each time you send a message in to the system. When you send a sports result, each member will receive an SMS. This will use one quota per member per sports result. You are given 50 initial SMS messages free. The Application Quotas option on the administrator page will let you see how much quota you have left.
