All numbers must start with an international dialling code. For most countries remove any leading zero from the phone number and add the international code to the front of the number e.g. a UK mobile number of 07831 123456 would be entered as 447831 123456. For US numbers include the leading one (1) in the cell number making sure the number is 11 digits e.g. 12125551234 Click here for the list of supported countries and their international codes. You will need to add any required departments (for example sales, marketing and HR) first from the Add/Delete Department button to the left first.
