Getting started Once you have decided how you are going to install your application, the next step is populating the database with your vehicles. This is done through the administrator pages; use the web address that you have book marked for the administrator page and enter the application. If you go to the View/Modify Autos link and click the search button, you will see that there are already some example vehicles in your database. To remove these examples simply click on the Delete Auto option and click the Modify Record button. You will need to do this process for each of the vehicles. There are full instructions on the administrator pages that will explain how to add vehicles to your database. Quotas The Auto Sales Database comes with the following quotas: 500 database records - one database record quota is used for every vehicle you add to the database and another one record is used for every vehicle manufacturer you add. 4,000 queries - query quotas are used every time you perform an action in the administrator page (e.g. adding an vehicle, editing an vehicle etc.) or when your customers search your database, view a vehicle's details or email you for more information. 2,000 emails - when a visitor emails you, this uses up one credit from your mail quota The Application Quotas option on the administrator page will let you see how much quota you have left. Query and email quotas are renewed on a monthly basis.
